Our Policies

CHILDREN'S POLICY: For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guest's, children are not permitted with an appointment under the age of 9. Appointments cannot be made in conjunction with an adult appointment unless there is another adult to care for them during the service.

APPOINTMENTS: Our schedule is designed to provide you with maximum care and attention. We have allocated appropriate time to complete each service. Please work with us in order to fulfill your needs by arriving 5-10 minutes before your appointment. You will have time to change into a smock, have a beverage and relax.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please call AT LEAST 24 hours in advance if possible, as we have a cancellation list of clients waiting for an opening.

CELLULAR PHONES: We ask our guests either turn them off or set them to vibrate during your time with us. If you need another way to be reached, please feel free to leave our number. The salon coordinator will call you to the phone if you are needed.We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damaged property. Please use smocks and capes provided to remove threats of chemical damage to your clothing.

We at Frederic's welcome you and we will strive to keep you comfortable and satisfied at all times. We also encourage you to utilize the services of ANY of our qualified team members, if your usual is not available.
